Raewyn Peart wins RMLA Publication Award

We are delighted that EDS’s Policy Director Raewyn Peart has received the Resource Management Law Association 2024 Publication Award for her report Design recommendations for a Climate Adaptation Act.

The report sets out a package of statutory and institutional reforms to enable the country to successfully adapt to climate risks. Read it here.
